Organizational examination
Examine Existence inside the organization that would rely upon it.
The physical Experience allows one person to observe the relationship. Pilot-to-Live places the same method inside an organization so it can be judged under real conditions.
The starting point
The organization already knows its people.
Employers and institutions already maintain recognized participants, identity records, assigned roles, permissions, applications, workflows, and protected consequences.
P2L begins with those existing relationships. Assigned EAIDs arrive as known organizational identifications before protected interaction is released. Current presence is then established independently.
Existing infrastructure
Nothing the organization already depends upon has to be replaced.
Identity and directory systems, applications, RBAC, permissions, operating systems, workflows, business rules, protected data, and network ownership remain in place.
P2L adds the existence relationship around selected protected decisions.
In-house control
The organization controls the examination boundary.
The organization controls its Existence Beacon, assigned participants, roles, presence policy, active sessions, history, operational evidence, and selected decision points.
Protected content remains within existing systems. Existence governs whether trusted interaction may continue; it does not take control of application content or organizational data.
What is tested
Examine both sides of the binary condition.
The organization tests assignment, recognized arrival, session authority, continuous presence, application verification, normal work, evidence creation, and collapse.
The authorized path continues under organizational policy.
The selected protected consequence stops.
Testing successful entry alone would not examine the method completely.
Organizational scale
The examination can extend to 1,000 participants for six months.
This allows the organization to evaluate routine use, multiple roles, protected workflows, administrative control, evidence volume, network tolerance, and organizational acceptance.
Using the available pilot capacity for a meaningful organizational test does not create a separate charge merely because more participants are included.
EAID preparation
The organization may choose the physical USB devices used for its pilot.
The Experience packet uses the prepared Experience EAID. During P2L, the organization may procure the USB devices it prefers, with a minimum capacity of 8 GB and current USB standards preferred where practical.
The organization can then prepare and distribute P2L EAIDs to the governed participants it chooses.
Protection during examination
The organization does not have to ignore a truth it has already established.
If the relationship proves itself to the organization’s satisfaction during the pilot, selected services may begin requiring Existence as soon as the required P2L EAIDs are prepared and distributed.
The pilot remains an examination, but the operating condition is real.
Path to continuing use
A successful examination does not end in a rebuild.
The Beacon, policy, integrations, decision points, administrative knowledge, and organizational evidence remain. Transition to live operation requires replacing P2L EAIDs with live EAIDs rather than migrating to a different architecture.
P2L pricing is not published. Scope should follow understanding of what the organization wishes to examine.
