For scientists, researchers, and technical reviewers

Previously established authority is not proof of current participation.

The work asks whether present participation can be established independently from identity and protected application activity—and whether its loss can have deterministic consequence.

A person cannot perform an action while absent.

The observation is treated as a binary constraint rather than a metaphor. The investigation follows what must become operationally true before a digital system may apply it honestly.

Can current presence be established independently?

Presence cannot be asserted solely by the identification, inherited indefinitely from an earlier event, or inferred from protected application content. It must depend upon current operational state, and failure of that state must have observable consequence.

A claimed presence condition that continues unchanged after its required relationship has ended would contradict the method.

The architecture follows from what each prior fact cannot establish.

The identification must be governed. Authority must be assigned. Session truth must remain current and volatile. Presence must be observed independently. Custody must remain with the organization. Trusted interaction must remain subordinate to the maintained condition. Absence must change the permitted result.

The operational relationship has been built.

The inspected implementation demonstrates deterministic startup without prior active authority, externally established session truth, continuous validation, independent presence determination, recorded presence and collapse events, denial after collapse, and separation from protected content.

The finding is narrower than its implications.

The evidence establishes that trusted digital interaction can be conditioned upon continuously validated participation and that absence can terminate trusted continuation under the inspected model.

It does not independently establish attention, intent, freedom from coercion, universal endpoint integrity, prevention of every attack, or a complete solution to cybersecurity.
